Coach Me – can be used to encourage any new behavior you’re interested in cultivating, from practicing yoga more often to flossing your teeth daily. The app can connect you with others who have similar goals.
Pocket Yoga – has a handful of simple yoga flows to follow. You can choose the level of difficulty. Also has a nice list of common poses with pictures.
Fitness Buddy – I have used this for a daily core work out and gotten results.
